Cable glands brass

Brass cable glands with strain relief for the safe introduction and assembly of cables in the control cabinet
are in different versions

• with short or long thread
• with standard clamping range or
• reduced clamping range for thinner cables or
• extended clamping range for thick cables.

Brass glands are also available for EMC applications as shield glands for accommodating the EMC mesh or as
Spring contact available for passed shielding.
Protection class IP68 is the most common version for cap nut screw connections, which, in contrast to the CONUS screw connections that used to be common with IP54, are now the standard.
Brass cable glands are also available in different versions for ATEX applications.
